What are the Best Cities for Relocating Families?

According to a recent Employee Relocation Council survey the cities that families love most are changing.
The rankings are based on more than 50 factors including quality of life issues, commute times, taxes, teacher/pupil ratios, utility providers’ customer service ratings, per-capita volunteerism, in-state tuition standards, and climate. This year’s survey also put increased emphasis on real estate including home prices, home affordability, appreciation, property taxes, and rent.
The cities that are best in each market are:
Small Cities (360,000 - 600,000 population)
1. Rockingham County / Strafford County, N.
2. Lexington, KY
3. Durham, NC
4. Provo / Orem, UT
5. Des Moines / West Des Moines, IA
Medium Cities (600,000 - 1.3 million population)

Food For Thought...
Winners never quit and quitters never win.
Success is how high you bounce when you hit bottom.
Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow.
What lies behind us and what lies ahead of us are tiny matters compared to what lives within us.
Nothing we achieve in this world is achieved alone. It is always achieved with others teaching us along the way.
